Qualifikationen

Technical vocational training in a relevant field.
Several years of experience in industrial maintenance of production equipment.
Leadership experience in a technical environment.

Aufgaben

Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, and optimization activities with Production.
Ensure high equipment availability and implement preventive maintenance.
Analyze failures and implement corrective/improvement measures.
Provide technical and people leadership and develop the maintenance team.
Plan resources, vacations, and assignments; manage KPIs.
Lead sub-projects in improvement and investment projects (e.g., TPM, Lean Maintenance).
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
