greenteg AG in Zürich-Rümlang is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support reliable day-to-day production. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, operate and monitor equipment, and assist operators with technical issues in a high-tech environment.

The role requires a completed vocational training in manufacturing or a related field, hands-on problem solving, accuracy, and English at B2.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in manufacturing, mechanics, mechatronics, automation, electronics or related field.
• Experience in production, maintenance, or technical workshop is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain production equipment by setting up, monitoring, cleaning, inspecting and performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, software or process domains.
• Monitor equipment performance and safety, identify abnormalities, wear, damage, deviations and take corrective actions.
• Support production by assisting operators and executing production orders and SOPs.
• Maintain machine logs, maintenance records, and equipment status updates.
• Support lifecycle activities including installation, testing, calibration, servicing, and spare parts availability.
• Escalate complex issues and communicate clear handovers of completed work and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to 5S and productivity improvements.
