Motorfluggruppe Zürich MFGZ is seeking a hands-on Lead Aircraft Maintenance professional at Zurich Airport to head the technical maintenance operation of our EASA Part-CAO organisation. The role focuses on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding a dedicated team through diverse aircraft types.

The ideal candidate brings a B1.2 licence with Group 3 for metal and composite aircraft, 5+ years in aviation, and strong English communication. A driving licence is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• EASA Part-66 B1.2 licence with Group 3 rating for metal and composite aircraft.
• Minimum 5 years in aviation, including 2+ years in aircraft maintenance.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Structured, reliable and safety-focused.
• Category B driving licence is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team and daily technical operation.
• Plan and supervise maintenance on MFGZ-owned and professional customer aircraft across types such as C172, DA40, DA42, BR23, PA28, M22P and SR22, in accordance with our CAE.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the team and improve processes - your ideas and experience matter.
