Zusammenfassung

Chair Airlines AG is seeking a CAMO/airworthiness engineer to monitor fleet reliability and coordinate technical issues across departments in a Swiss-based operation. You will initiate corrective actions, ensure aircraft meet the highest standards, and report on risks to NPCA.

The role requires strong regulatory awareness, knowledge of Part-CAMO/Part-145, and familiarity with the Airbus A320 family. Office-based with occasional travel, fluency in English is required and German is an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Must have good knowledge of aircraft airworthiness standards.
• Strong knowledge of international aviation regulations (Part-CAMO, Part-145).
• Experience with Airbus A320 family operations is required or strongly preferred.
• Holding Part-66, B1 or B2 license on the aircraft type or similar is an asset.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment with regulatory awareness.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and ensure fleet technical dispatch reliability.

• Perform monitoring and scheduling maintenance per maintenance program.
• Monitor and plan rectification of deferred defects (MELs).
• Coordinate execution of work packages (long- and short-term).

• Monitor and ensure highest possible fleet technical dispatch reliability

• Ensure aircraft and cabin conditions are maintained to the highest standard
• Monitor the fleet airworthiness during daily operations

• Report directly to the NPCA all relevant operational functions and risks
• Perform monitoring & schedule maintenance tasks per the approved aircraft maintenance program
• Monitor and plan rectification of all deferred defects (including MEL’s)
• Coordinate execution of work packages (long-term and short-term)

• Good knowledge of aircraft airworthiness standards
• Good knowledge of international aviation regulations (Part-CAMO‚ Part-145)
• Good knowledge of the Airbus A320 family and technical background
• Holding part-66‚ B1 or B2 license on the aircraft type or similar type (is a strong asset)
• Experienced in Airbus A320Fam Operation
• Strong organisational and analytical skills in a complex fast changing environment
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• High level of regulatory awareness and attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is an asset
• Proficient in CAMO IT systems and maintenance tracking tools (AMOS / AirbusWorld / Office)
