Chair Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Control Center Engineer (MCC) at 100% to oversee fleet reliability and coordination across departments. The role emphasizes on-time maintenance planning, defect rectification, and ensuring high airworthiness standards for the A320 fleet.

You will work closely with flight crews and maintenance vendors in a fast-paced environment, lead operational meetings, and report risks to NPCA.

Qualifikationen

• Good knowledge of aircraft airworthiness standards.
• Good knowledge of international aviation regulations (Part-CAMO, Part-145).
• Good knowledge of the Airbus A320 family and technical background.
• Holding part-66, B1 or B2 license on the aircraft type or similar type (is a strong asset).
• Experienced in Airbus A320Fam Operation.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and ensure highest possible fleet technical dispatch reliability.
• Coordinate technical issues with all other operational departments.
• Initiate troubleshooting steps and corrective action plan for reported defects.
• Coordinate technical feedbacks arising from flight crew, maintenance organizations, etc.
• Ensure aircraft and cabin conditions are maintained to the highest standard.
• Monitor the fleet airworthiness during daily operations.
• Lead operational meetings to ensure proper and accurate distribution of relevant information.
• Report directly to the NPCA all relevant operational functions and risks.
• Perform monitoring & schedule maintenance tasks per the approved aircraft maintenance program.
• Monitor and plan rectification of all deferred defects (including MELs).
• Coordinate execution of work packages (long-term and short-term)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure highest possible fleet technical dispatch reliability.

Experienced in Airbus A320Fam Operation.

Strong organisational and analytical skills in a complex fast changing environment.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

High level of regulatory awareness and attention to detail.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is an asset

Proficient in CAMO IT systems and maintenance tracking tools (AMOS / AirbusWorld / Office).

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional travel.

On-call availability.

Willingness to work on shift..
