Zusammenfassung

AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG is seeking an experienced aviation professional to own Part 145 maintenance quotations from request for quote to handover to Sales. You will ensure complete documentation for work package evaluation and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Production planning.

The role requires minimum 3 years of aviation experience, familiarity with Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing or Gulfstream, and strong knowledge of CAMP/AMOS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years aviation experience with technical knowledge.
• Experience as Mechanic/Avionics/Planning engineer advantageous.
• Technical knowledge of Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing or Gulfstream aircraft.
• Maintenance experience in corporate/private aviation advantageous.
• Familiarity with aerospace OEMs, regulation framework.

Aufgaben

• Handle Part 145 maintenance quotations from RFQ to handover to Sales.
• Ensure availability of work package documents for evaluation.
• Request additional technical information from customer when needed.
• Prepare quotation with man-hours, downtime, material and tooling info.
• Collaborate with Purchasing for material/tooling prices.
• Validate quotations with Maintenance Managers.
• Support Sales and Capacity Planning with quotations.
• Assist in project prep (materials, tooling, task cards) and handover to supervisor.
• Contribute to database systems, procedures and tools to improve quote efficiency.
• Ensure all MOE/DO-Handbook/PO-Handbook procedures are followed.

• Full handling of Part 145 (Maintenance) quotations from request for quote reception to the work package technical evaluation hand over to Sales department
• Receive request from quote and work package from Sales
• Make sure that all documents/information required for the work package evaluation are available (work package, task cards, SBs, kits info, LOPA, AUX tank configuration, …)
• Request additional technical information from customer if required
• Evaluate the work package provided and assess each task
• Prepare quotation document and fill it with man-hours, access information, assumptions, proposed downtime and material/tooling information
• Look for material/tooling prices with the support of purchasing department
• Validate the quotation document with Maintenance Managers
• Send the quotation document to Sales department and capacity planning department
• Assist Production & Planning during project preparation (material, tooling, critical task cards Identification, work package handover to supervisor…)
• Participate actively in the development of a data base system, work procedures and tools with the aim to improve quote process efficiency and transparency
• Ensures that the required administrative steps are taken care of and being followed in order to ensure an adequate support as well as to guarantee fulfilment of all requirements of the Maintenance Organization Exposition
• Must work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Design Organization Exposition (DO-Handbook), Production Organization Exposition (PO-Handbook), Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications
• Ensures that safety rules are followed during all activities

Your Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Evaluate the work package provided and assess each task
• Prepare quotation document and fill it with man-hours, access information, assumptions, proposed downtime and material/tooling information
• Look for material/tooling prices with the support of purchasing department
• Validate the quotation document with Maintenance Managers
• Send the quotation document to Sales department and capacity planning department
• Update the quotation document during quote phase if revisions required
• Assist Production & Planning during project preparation (material, tooling, critical task cards Identification, work package handover to supervisor…)
• Participate actively in the development of a data base system, work procedures and tools with the aim to improve quote process efficiency and transparency
• Ensures that the required administrative steps are taken care of and being followed in order to ensure an adequate support as well as to guarantee fulfilment of all requirements of the Maintenance Organization Exposition
• Must work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Design Organization Exposition (DO-Handbook), Production Organization Exposition (PO-Handbook), Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications

The expertise you have & skills you bring

• A minimum of 3 years aviation experience with technical knowledge is required
• Experience as Mechanics technician, Avionics technician or Planning engineer would be an advantage
• Technical Knowledge of Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing or Gulfstream aircraft
• Maintenance experience within the corporate / private aviation business would be an advantage
• Good understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs , and the regulatory framework
• Familiarity with aircraft manufacturer portals and maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, AMOS, Flight-docs, etc.)
• Current HF, FTS, EWIS and Part 145 Continuation certifications
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French and/or German is an advantage
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Pro-active, adaptable and willing to work in an administrative/technical environment
