Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of line maintenance experience
• AMOS experience is beneficial
• Embraer E190/E190-E2 experience beneficial
• Willingness to work in shift pattern and hold full driving license
• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; German desirable

Aufgaben

Maintenance Control Center Controller

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor the technical status of all Helvetic aircraft
• Provide a single point of contact for flight crews and Operations Control Center (OCC) for all technical queries during aircraft operational hours
• Assist Helvetic Maintenance and third-party maintenance organisations
• Ensure continuous airworthiness of Helvetic fleet
• Track and analyse all reported defects across the fleet
• Manage AOG scenarios and recoveries
• Ensure that company safety policies and practices for maintenance are maintained personally and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with the quality system and procedures.

Requirements

• A valid EASA Part 66 license
• At least 5 years of working experience in line maintenance
• Maintenance experience with Embraer E190 and/or E190-E2 is beneficial
• AMOS Experience is beneficial
• Willingness to work in shift pattern, Full shift duty capability
• Full driving license
• Decision taking skills even under time pressure
• Excellent trouble shooting and organisational skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German is desirable
