Zusammenfassung

Eraneos in Switzerland is seeking an M&A Manager to lead acquisition initiatives within the Corporate M&A team. You will work with the Head of M&A, executive management and external advisers to identify, assess and execute opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in Corporate M&A or related fields, strong valuation and modelling skills, and the ability to present clear messages to senior stakeholders in English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Corporate M&A, M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity.
• Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to condense complex issues into concise messages for senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Drive M&A initiatives together with the Head of M&A in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor.
• Identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing.
• Hand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts

That’s the job – Your main tasks:

• Drive M&A initiatives together with the Head of M&A in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor
• Identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing
• Hand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts
• Prepare valuations, financial models, deal analyses and decision materials for the Executive Management and Board of Directors
• Conduct market, company, and competitive analyses

This job is for you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate M&A, M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity
• Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis
• Strong conceptual skills combined with the ability to condense complex issues into crisp key messages and to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations
• The ability to cope well in fast-paced and challenging environments, handling and prioritizing deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders; fluent English is required, German is a plus
• Experience in the Professional Services industry (e.g. consulting, IT services, business services) will be favorably regarded
