Eraneos invites a driven M&A Manager to join its Corporate M&A team to identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities. You will coordinate with senior leadership, investors, and advisors to move transactions from target screening through to closing.

The role emphasizes strong valuation, financial modelling and analysis capabilities, with fluency in English and a preference for German. Flexible working hours/locations and a dynamic, multinational environment are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate M&A, M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity.
• Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis.
• Strong ability to condense complex issues into crisp messages and craft compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to cope with fast-paced, multi-workstream environments.
• Fluent English; German is a plus; strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Professional Services (e.g. consulting, IT services) is favorable.

Your main tasks:

• Drive M&A initiatives together with the Head of M&A in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor
• Identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing
• Hand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts
• Prepare valuations, financial models, deal analyses and decision materials for the Executive Management and Board of Directors
• Conduct market, company, and competitive analyses

This job is for you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate M&A, M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity
• Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis
• Strong conceptual skills combined with the ability to condense complex issues into crisp key messages and to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations
• The ability to cope well in fast-paced and challenging environments, handling and prioritizing deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders; fluent English is required, German is a plus
• Experience in the Professional Services industry (e.g. consulting, IT services, business services) will be favorably regarded
