Eraneos is seeking an M&A Manager to drive acquisition initiatives in Switzerland, collaborating with the Head of M&A, executive management, and business units. You will manage processes end-to-end—from target identification and due diligence to signing and closing—with coordination across internal teams and external advisors.

You will build valuations, financial models and strategic analyses, and present crisp findings to the board. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Corporate M&A, M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity.
• Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis.
• Excellent ability to condense complex issues into clear messages and craft compelling presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments and engage senior stakeholders.
