Eraneos Group is seeking a Principal Data & AI professional for our Life Sciences practice based in Zurich. You will advise leading life sciences companies on data and AI transformation, develop strategies and roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value across R&D, Medical, Regulatory and Commercial channels.

The role emphasizes hypothesis-driven problem solving, stakeholder management and business-led outcomes, with strong German and English language requirements and

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in consulting, industry or technology-driven transformation with focus on data, AI or analytics.
• Solid understanding of the life sciences industry, ideally in R&D, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory or Supply Chain.
• Ability to structure complex issues and steer toward a clear outcome using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Strong motivation to lead programs, client relationships and thought leadership.
• Very good German and English language skills.
