Chenot Palace Weggis seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead its Wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest care and adherence to Chenot standards. You will drive service excellence, manage a large international team and collaborate with Medical and hotel departments.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on, guest-centric approach to luxury wellness. Fluency in English is essential; German/French are an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Senior management experience in a luxury medical wellness resort or 5-star hotel
• Strong operations background in Spa, Wellness or luxury hospitality management
• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural teams
• Commercial mindset with knowledge of revenue, costs, KPIs

• Lead, motivate and develop the Wellness team and its supervisors
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, expectations and performance standards
• Create a high-performing, inclusive and respectful team culture
• Promote accountability, professionalism and ownership
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Support workforce planning and staff deployment
• Recruit, onboard and integrate new team members
• Identify development needs and support ongoing professional growth
• Develop talent, succession plans and future leaders
