Chenot Palace Weggis seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead the wellness operations. In this high‑visibility role you will own day‑to‑day spa operations, service excellence and the performance of a large international Wellness team, in close collaboration with the Medical team and other hotel departments.

You will deliver the Chenot Method® and an exceptional guest journey, drive commercial performance, staff development and succession planning, while upholding the highest luxury standards.

Qualifikationen

• Senior management experience in luxury hospitality or spa settings.
• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of operations, scheduling and service delivery.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and KPIs.
• Fluent in English; German and French are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and develop the Wellness team and supervisors.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, expectations and performance standards.
• Create a high‑performing, inclusive team culture.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Provide regular coaching, performance reviews and meetings.
• Ensure Chenot standards and guest experience throughout the spa.
• Collaborate with Medical & other departments to integrate Chenot Method.
• Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Optimize treatment scheduling, room utilization and productivity.
