A. Lange & Söhne is seeking an Ambassador of Watch Advisors in Geneva to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage the end-to-end sales process, and drive monthly targets within a luxury boutique environment.

As part of a professional team, you will use CRM tools (iCM) to prepare action plans, organize VIP private viewings, and support brand guidelines while contributing to the Geneva flagship opening planned for early 2027.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer experience in boutique and beyond.
• Manage all steps of the sales process to hit personal targets.
• Organize private viewings with potential VIPs in your region.
• Collaborate with Assistant/Boutique Manager to develop action plans.
• Maintain boutique appearance in line with brand guidelines.
• Engage in continuous brand product learning and client servicing.
