The role requires at least 5 years in luxury retail, fluency in French and English, and strong clienteling skills. You will drive sales, maintain boutique standards, and support events that showcase the Maison's heritage.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in luxury retail (watchmaking or jewelry) or high-end hospitality.
• Target-driven retail experience with proven sales results.
• Experience navigating CRM databases to extract client insights and build action plans.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and general IT/digital literacy.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Deliver a warm, premium in-store journey and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive boutique turnover by upselling, negotiating, and clienteling within guidelines.
• Represent the Maison's heritage, share stories, and support events and activations.
