Badrutt's Palace Hotel St. Moritz Switzerland is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service in one of St. Moritz's most iconic mountain dining destinations.

You will oversee daily operations across the lounge and Paradiso Mountain Club, ensuring flawless service, personalised guest experiences and meticulous attention to detail in a luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Service-oriented personality with excellent communication.
• Passion for luxury guest experiences and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and calm, solution-focused demeanor.
• Hands-on approach and teamwork with Restaurant Manager.
• Fluency in English is essential; German or Italian also required.

Aufgaben

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the service team and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate activities in the lounge and club to ensure outstanding service.
• Create memorable guest experiences with warm hospitality and personalised service.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of the service team.
• Collaborate with Events and other hotel departments for private functions.
• Contribute to reporting, cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
