The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, seeks a Commercial Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, helping drive business performance across Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Revenue Management.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in coordinating activities, reporting, communications, and projects for a successful opening and ongoing commercial success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, administration, sales support, marketing coordination, or related commercial role.
• Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and German and/or French; additional languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Commercial team.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business reviews, and commercial documentation.
• Support internal and external communications for the Commercial department.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, contracts, and files.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and performance tracking.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, purchase requests, and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate commercial projects and events.
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items and priorities.
• Support hotel opening activities and commercial readiness initiatives.
