As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the full journey, helping them select premium furniture and sleep solutions while maintaining an exclusive showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Proven luxury retail sales experience with high-value products.
• Background in interior design or premium furniture retail desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise discerning clients with a personalised shopping experience.
• Guide customers through consultation and sales process with expert knowledge.
• Identify needs and recommend premium furniture and interior solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships with attentive service and advice.
• Maintain showroom standards and accurate customer data.
