Reporting to store management, the Client Advisor will inspire clients with passion for the brand and fashion, delivering expert styling and selling with exceptional service. Fluency in local language and English is desirable.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in clienteling and luxury retail is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of fashion, art and culture helps storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in store.
