Job summary

Bulgari Genève, Rue du Rhône, is seeking a luxury boutique professional to join our team as a client-centric ambassador. You will welcome clients, offer tailored solutions, and guide them across in-store, distant sales, ecommerce and click & collect channels with elegance.

You bring 5–10 years in a high-end luxury environment, fluent French and English (Italian a plus), and outstanding selling, networking and storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a luxury boutique or similar environment.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian a plus.
• Excellent selling, networking and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients entering the store and guide them across in-store visits, remote sales, ecommerce, and click & collect.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and maintain high service standards.
• Develop long-lasting client relationships and manage a client portfolio across channels.
• Support store operations including data entry, stock management and back-office tasks.
