BVLGARI seeks a Geneva Store Manager to lead the flagship boutique on Rue du Rhône, maximizing brand image and client experience while driving store productivity in sales, operations and after-sales services for jewelry, watches and accessories.

Reporting to the Managing Director Switzerland, you will guide a nine-person team to deliver outstanding client experiences, achieve sales targets, and ensure operational excellence across all client touchpoints.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years’ experience in a similar luxury boutique leadership role.
• Proven expertise in store operations, sales, and client development.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian or German is a plus.

• Lead the Geneva store team to deliver luxury client experiences across channels.
• Drive omnichannel performance and sales growth with KPI focus.
