Le Collectionist, hiring via Hosco in Zermatt, seeks a Bramble Ski Chalet Chef to deliver restaurant-quality dining inside private alpine chalets. You will plan refined menus, craft presentation, and collaborate with the Chalet Manager to elevate every guest stay.

This hands-on, seasonal role demands strong organisation, budget awareness, hygiene discipline, and guest-focused service. The contract runs 43.5 hours weekly from 27 November 2026 to 24 April 2027 in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a chef in luxury chalets, boutique hotels, or high-end restaurants.
• Strong kitchen management, budgeting, and stock control abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen handling.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, multi-course meals reflecting brand standards.
• Plan seasonal menus with guests when required.
• Source and manage suppliers and groceries.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety in line with regulations.
• Support chalet turnover and guest arrival/departure as needed.
• Collaborate with Chalet Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences.
