Bramble Ski is seeking a Chalet Chef to deliver exceptional, restaurant-quality dining in private alpine chalets. You will design refined menus, manage food preparation, and work closely with the Chalet Manager to exceed guest expectations during a seasonal peak in the Swiss/Austrian Alps.

The role requires hands-on kitchen leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility to operate across Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne properties, including potential assignments in Austria, France,

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a chef in luxury chalets, boutique hotels, private households or high-end restaurants.
• Strong ability to plan seasonal menus in consultation with guests.
• Expertise in full menu planning, preparation, cooking and presentation for multi-course service.
• Experience managing food budgets, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, safety standards and allergen management.

• Manage stock, budgeting, and administrative tasks related to chalet operations.
• Support chalet changeovers and guest welcome activities with the wider team.
