Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist in Zermatt is seeking a Chalet Cook Host for an 80% contract (34.8h/week) lasting five months starting 27 November 2026. The role covers breakfast, daily housekeeping, and guest‑facing service in luxury chalets, with a warm, discreet, and proactive hospitality approach.

You will work as part of a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, supporting the chef and resort staff, and ensuring every stay feels seamless and memorable.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality (chalets, hotels, yachts, events).
• Strong housekeeping skills with high attention to detail.
• Some cooking experience is a plus (professional kitchen, cookery course, or group catering).
• Fluent in spoken English; French or German is a bonus.
• Reliable, discreet, and guest‑facing professional.

Aufgaben

• Deliver warm, professional, and discreet service from guest arrival to departure.
• Set up, serve, and clear meals and drinks with elegance.
• Prepare and serve breakfast daily and manage daily housekeeping tasks.
• Light and maintain fires, adjust lighting, and create a cosy, luxurious ambience.
• Coordinate with the chalet chef, manager, and driver to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety protocols in food handling and cleaning.
