Panerai Geneva seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to drive performance and profitability with an emphasis on CRM-driven clienteling and exceptional service. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver world-class client experiences and maximise boutique results in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will shape market strategies, foster loyalty among VIP clients, and ensure flawless store execution, inventory control, and visual standards in the Geneva boutique.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury goods retail with significant managerial experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong leadership capabilities; able to motivate, delegate, and foster collaboration.
• Exceptional client-centric approach with expertise in clienteling and local Geneva clientele.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.

• Drive and exceed commercial, qualitative, and operational performance objectives through strategic planning and rigorous analysis.
• Develop and execute market strategies, including in-boutique events and external networking.
