SpeciTec SA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a private bank in reviewing credit processes with a Lombard lending focus. You will document current processes, map the end-to-end lifecycle, identify improvements, and define a Target Operating Model and transformation roadmap.

Based in Geneva, the assignment spans 8–10 weeks with scope validation from stakeholders. You will collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT to deliver structured,

Formación

• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping within private banking or lending.
• Knowledge of Lombard lending including collateral, LTV ratios, haircuts, credit limits, margin calls and risk monitoring.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews independently and translate discussions into clear documentation.
• Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN/Visio) and responsibility mapping using RACI matrices.
• Experience designing Target Operating Models is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interviews and workshops with Front Office, Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT teams.
• Map the end-to-end credit lifecycle from origination to breach management.
• Document roles, controls, systems and data flows, including manual activities.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps against best practices and prioritise transformation initiatives.
• Prepare deliverables in English and present findings to stakeholders for validation.
