Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer delivery issues related to international logistics, ensuring smooth and timely shipping process.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing clear and empathetic communication via email, chat, or other channels.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve delivery & shipping challenges.
• Track and monitor shipments & warehouse inventory, updating customers on their order status and addressing delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions to improve processes and avoid recurring problems.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance logistics workflows and customer experience.
• Coordinate shipping and transportation logistics, including working with carriers & warehouses, scheduling deliveries and resolving issues arising with customs.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics customer support, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and logistics.
• Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
