You\'ll manage leads, coordinate schedules, maintain client databases, and handle social media marketing. This role combines sales, customer service, and administrative skills while building strong client relationships. Requires 2-3 years of office experience. Join our growing team specializing in residential mortgages, investment properties, and creative financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 2 hours and maintain 80%+ lead-to-consultation conversion ratio
• Schedule and confirm 20+ weekly appointments and prepare daily schedules
• Manage client database, including quarterly mailings, birthday cards, and gift coordination
• Organize monthly networking events and coordinate client outreach programs
• Handle social media posting and Google Business page management with regular, engaging content
• Track and report on lead conversion metrics and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with referral partners and vendors to ensure maximum operational efficiency
• Manage emails, paperwork, and assist with annual business registrations
• Maintain ongoing client communication through newsletters and handwritten notes
• Serve as the primary point of contact representing Fisherman Mortgage Services to clients and business partners

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional office experience, preferably in mortgage or finance
• Basic understanding of loan products (conventional, FHA, VA loans)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• NMLS license is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
