Qualifications

• High School Degree with Technical background.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Team management and Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of lean production systems and MES, MPA, SPA, SAP.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• French proficiency and good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Management Systems (BOS, QBOS, CL, CIL…) to ensure effectiveness and focus the team on priorities.
• Lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) using operational data to focus the team on priorities.
• Ensure accurate input of operating data from the production floor and data integrity.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
