Zusammenfassung

Hamilton AG sucht eine Fachkraft mit Ingenieurs-Hintergrund, die das technische Produktportfolio betreut und eng mit R&D/PD kooperiert. Sie steuern Design-Kontrollen, Materialien, Funktionen und Erweiterungen, um Kundenanforderungen gerecht zu werden.

Sie arbeiten mit Produktmanagement, Fertigung, Supply Chain, Service und Qualitätsabteilungen zusammen, analysieren Fehler, unterstützen Wartung und Troubleshooting, sowie Dokumentation und CAPA-Berichte in Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften (Bachelor oder Master).
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fehlersuche und Problemlösung.
• Erfahrungen im Verfassen technischer Dokumentationen und CAPA-Berichte.

Aufgaben

• Technische Führung des Produktportfolios und Abstimmung mit R&D/PD.
• Koordination von Änderungsprojekten und Schnittstellen zu Lieferanten.
• Unterstützung bei Wartung, Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting bestehender Automatisierungslösungen.
• Analyse von Fehlerursachen, Dokumentation von Lösungen und CAPA-Berichten.
• Testen, Validieren und Implementieren von Produktänderungen.
• Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung über den Produktlebenszyklus hinweg.

• Manage the assigned product portfolio from a technical perspective
• Work closely with colleagues from different organizations to improve the technical aspects and the conformity of the assigned product portfolio
• Technical lead for design control, construction materials, product functionalities and extensions / modifications required to meet customer requirements in coordination with the R&D PD organization
• Constantly interact with the product management, manufacturing, supply chain, service organization and quality functions
• Coordinate change projects with interfaces to our suppliers and internal customers
• Ensure transparent and accountable customer-centric technical product management
• Support product with maintenance, error analysis and troubleshooting for existing automation solution
• Analyze errors and troubleshoot in case of problems in product and production and work out solutions
• Participate in the continuous improvement process regarding design optimization
• Coordinate customer complaints (root cause analysis, reporting)
• Analyze, optimize and document product production
• Support in the analysis of defective parts including the derivation of necessary steps and improvements
• Implement product changes and document them
• Test and introduce products
• Provide technical support for products in the product life cycle
• Write CAPA reports in English
• Mainteain testing procedures in production
