Job summary

agap2 Switzerland is seeking a Project Engineer to support client projects on site in Basel, contributing to design, handover to production and manufacturing activities in a GMP-driven, international environment.

You will perform feasibility studies, design reviews, URS/PFD/P&ID work, and coordinate FAT/SAT and CQ activities while coordinating with QA, MSAT and Engineering teams. A diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess or chemical engineering and fluency in English and German are required.

Qualifications

Engineering diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering, or similar
Experience in facility engineering and/or manufacturing/C&Q
Good knowledge of GMP
Readiness to work in international environment
English and German spoken and written
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment (USP/DSP)
Creation and review of URS, PFDs and P&ID
Plan and support to FAT, SAT, P&ID walk-downs, CQ activities
Management of external companies, supervision of deliverables and schedule
Meeting organization and communication with internal stakeholders such as QA, MSAT, Engineering
Creation of tender documentation for procurement
