agap2 is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Swiss clients on-site in Basel. You will contribute to process design, handover to production and manufacturing activities across multiple phases and projects.

The role requires an engineering diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering or a related field, with GMP knowledge and readiness to work in an international environment. English and German proficiency is expected.

Responsabilités

• Support design, handover to production and manufacturing activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and concept/basic/detailed design for process equipment (USP/DSP).
• Create and review URS, PFDs and P&ID diagrams.
• Plan and support FAT, SAT, P&ID walk-downs, and QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and manage deliverables/schedule.

Tasks

As Project Engineer, you will be involved in the different phases of the design, handover to production and manufacturing activities.

Your tasks will include:

• Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment (USP/DSP)
• Creation and review of URS, PFDs and P&ID
• Plan and support to FAT, SAT, P&ID walk-downs, C&Q activities
• Management of external companies, supervision of deliverables and schedule
• Meeting organization and communication with internal stakeholders such as QA, MSAT, Engineering
• Creation of tender documentation for procurement

Requirements

• Engineering diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering, or similar
• Experience in facility engineering and/or experience in manufacturing/C&Q
• Good knowledge in GMP
• Readiness to work in international environment
• English and German spoken and written
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
