Job summary

Genioo is seeking a Partner to oversee and grow a core set of global Life Sciences accounts from Switzerland, with responsibility for shaping client work and building a high-performing practice. You will drive strategic client relationships, lead large-scale transformation programs, and help expand Genioo's footprint with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and multi-year client relationships.
• Experience selling consulting services and leading large programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a book of business with significant revenue target.
• Lead client development and engagement for major transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement account plans with senior client leadership.
• Collaborate with Genioo teams to deliver client value and outcomes.
• Coach and mentor teams to identify and win consulting opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery following Genioo QA processes.
