Cytiva, part of Danaher, is hiring a Customer Complaint Handling Specialist for its Grens, Switzerland site. This on-site, 6-month contract role focuses on end-to-end complaint handling within the Quality Department, ensuring timely, compliant closure and collaboration with subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate holds a science/engineering degree, 2–3 years in GMP complaint handling, and proficiency in English and French. Travel modestly up to 5% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Quality Management or Cell Therapy (preferred).
• 2-3 years complaint handling experience in GMP/medical device environment preferred.
• Familiar with FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and related regulations.

Aufgaben

• Receive, review, and process customers' feedback using Good Documentation Practices.
• Classify complaints, follow up with contact and product investigations, maintain records and close the complaint.
• Evaluate complaints for health hazard and determine if escalation is required.
• Review investigations to ensure procedural compliance; participate in investigation with Subject Matter Experts.
