Zusammenfassung

Zurich is seeking an experienced Actuary for Life Reporting & Analytics at 80-100%, temporary until Sept. 2027, based in Zurich.

You will shape actuarial reporting and analytics across the Group, translating needs into requirements and delivering scalable solutions. You will drive the future of Life reporting, collaborate with Business Units and Group Risk Management to define the target operating model, and ensure data-driven insights with governance and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a qualified actuary with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Life actuarial work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and IT integrations.
• Experience in data analytics, data management, and data visualization.

Aufgaben

• Drive the future of Life reporting and analytics by simplifying and standardising approaches.
• Define target operating model and future-state processes with cross-functional partners.
• Translate business needs into practical requirements and governance documentation.
• Coordinate testing, transition and adoption of new capabilities across actuarial, risk and finance teams.
• Enhance analytical capabilities to enable deeper insights and self-service reporting.
