Jobtailor in Zürich is seeking a senior Life actuarial reporting leader to own the end-to-end analytics landscape, partnering with actuarial teams to streamline processes and deliver reliable reporting cycles across IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

You will drive a global, scalable solution, manage cross-functional teams in Bratislava and Barcelona, and guide an AI- and automation-enabled roadmap for the Life reporting platform.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified actuary with extensive Life Actuarial experience.
• 10+ years of Life actuarial experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, actuarial valuation or regulatory reporting preferred.
• Proven track record delivering through distributed cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Ability to abstract local needs into global scalable solutions.
• Forward-thinking focus on AI, automation and process improvement.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own the Life actuarial reporting and analytics application landscape end-to-end, from business requirements through delivery to BAU support and enhancements
• Partner with Life actuarial teams across business units to understand processes, resolve business issues and support reporting cycles
• Generalise local requirements into global, reusable solutions rather than bespoke builds
• Own and prioritise the Life reporting applications roadmap
• Steer the actuarial support team in Bratislava and IT delivery team in Barcelona
• Identify enhancement opportunities including AI-enabled features, automation and agentic workflows
• Support IFRS and local GAAP reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, forecasting, planning and scenario analysis
