Die Schweizerische Post sucht einen engagierten Leiter für die Verteilungsregion Vétroz, der Erfahrung im KEP-Markt und eine Hochschulausbildung mitbringt. Die Rolle umfasst Verantwortung für die operative und finanzielle Führung des Bereichs und drive Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse. Jobbeschreibung

Are you motivated to develop the delivery process along the entire service delivery chain as the head of the Vétroz distribution area and to significantly shape the Post of tomorrow?

What you can achieve

  • You lead your distribution area and are responsible for all operational, financial, and personnel matters. As a member of the distribution zone management team, you are part of the middle management of the Post.
  • Together with your leadership team (deputy, delivery/support team leaders), you are responsible for optimal and efficient service delivery in daily operations.
  • You leverage synergies and optimization potentials across all functions and ensure efficient, high-quality logistics processes in your distribution area.
  • You drive initiatives and projects to further develop culture, organization, processes, sustainability, etc., and lead/support projects and working groups.
  • As a local contact person for logistics services, you are responsible for internal and external communication (press, media, customers, social partners, etc.) within your area and expand your logistics network profitably.

What you bring

  • You have several years of leadership experience managing a larger team (> Mitarbeitende) in the courier, parcel, express (KEP) market and possess a solid track record in change and project management.
  • An advanced degree in process/logistics management, leadership, or business administration provides an ideal foundation for this role.
  • As an entrepreneur, you have clear visions and ambitious goals and are not afraid to take responsibility for implementation.
  • You prioritize team success, support your team as a coach and networker, and act as a role model in values and behavior.
  • With courage and openness, you face new challenges and drive necessary transformation processes.
  • You communicate very well in French and have good German skills.

We offer an attractive and fair salary, depending on experience, qualification, and responsibilities, in the range of CHF - per year (for a % workload).
