Qualifikationen

A leading pharmacy group with a strong presence throughout Switzerland is looking for a lead pharmacist to oversee the daily operations of a branch in Richterswil. This role combines pharmaceutical expertise with operational responsibility and team leadership.

The group operates over 100 pharmacies across Switzerland and employs more than 1,000 staff. As part of a large European healthcare network active in over 25 countries, the company is based on values of reliability, initiative, and mutual respect. It is characterized by a flat hierarchy, offering employees autonomy, quick decision-making, and strong support in their daily work.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily pharmacy operations, focusing on quality, compliance with legal regulations, and team performance.
  • Provide expert advice and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Support and mentor employees, including training apprentices.
  • Represent the pharmacy internally and externally with high professionalism.
  • Foster continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with other pharmacy managers and the overall organization.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy and FPH title or recognized independent professional license (required).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a pharmacist in Switzerland.
  • Very good German language skills (minimum B2 level), other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented, structured, and service-oriented.
  • EU / EFTA passport is required (for license in Switzerland).
