Job summary

Swissquote, Switzerland’s leading digital bank, invites you to join the Legal Department as a 10‑month Trainee. You will work closely with experienced professionals on a broad range of banking and financial law matters.

You will gain practical exposure to contract drafting, dispute resolution, regulatory topics and innovative banking projects, supported by your team and mentors for hands-on growth.

Qualifications

• University law degree (Swiss law) from a recognized university.
• Excellent command of English and French; basic German knowledge.
• Strong analytical, writing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Support disputes, complaints and litigation matters with research and document prep.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on banking law, regulations and data protection.
• Assist with regulatory monitoring and governance documentation.
• Provide general support to the Legal Department's day-to-day activities.
