Zusammenfassung

Aequitec AG is seeking a legal operator intern to support corporate law and corporate action processing. You will join a dynamic Fin- and LegalTech team in Zurich, contribute to onboarding calls, gather client requirements, and translate data into our platform.

This role offers practical experience, flexibility for studies, and potential for a thesis project. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, fast Excel skills, and strong English and Swiss German language abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Educational background as above or related practical experience in corporate housekeeping.
• Fluent in English and Swiss German; French would be a plus.

Aufgaben

• Join the Aequitec team as a legal operator for up to 3 months with potential for thesis work as a working student.
• Participate in customer calls with founder/CEO for onboarding and collecting structured requirements.
• Take ownership of customer happiness and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Engage in frequent client interactions and translate unstructured client data into the software suite.
• Support in execution of AGMs on the client's side and collaborate in a diverse team.
• Scale the company using agile methods like Scrum or Kanban to capture client demands.
