Qualifikationen

• Currently studying Swiss/EU Law (e.g., ZHAW SML) or paralegal/notary track.
• Fluent in Swiss German and English; French a plus.
• Interest in corporate law, corporate governance, and fintech.

Aufgaben

• Join the team as a legal operator for up to 3 months (Oct–Dec).
• Assist onboarding calls with founders/CEO and collect customer requirements.
• Translate client data into the Aequitec software suite.
• Support AGM execution for clients.
• Collaborate in a diverse team and contribute to product development.
• Interact with clients regularly to support satisfaction.
