Zusammenfassung

PwC Switzerland invites a motivated intern to join our legal services team for a 6-month full-time internship in Zurich. You will gain hands-on experience across corporate law, M&A, governance and compliance while collaborating with lawyers and consultants.

Contribute to drafting and reviewing documents in English and German, support due diligence on M&A projects, and engage with colleagues across PwC's international network for regular feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Masterstudium in Rechtswissenschaften at a Swiss university or already completed.
• Open, engaged, service-oriented personality with teamwork and client orientation.
• Strong German and very good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Learn the diverse career opportunities PwC offers.
• Support our lawyers and legal advisers on various projects, including collaboration with specialists from other areas (tax advisory and audit).
• Engage on matters in corporate, contract and accounting law.
• Assist in drafting legal documents in English and German and support the team in M&A due diligence projects.
• Work in an inspiring team within an international network and receive regular feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
