About Our Client

Job Description



  • Part of the Claims department (Legal), you will coordinate the end-to-end process of unaccompanied cargo (UAC) shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling.


  • Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities, customs, and internal departments to ensure all documentation and processes are in place.


  • Monitor shipment milestones and resolve any issues or delays proactively.


  • Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and company policies.


  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper archiving of shipping documentation.


  • Provide regular status updates and reports to management and clients.


  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Immediately available (no later than 1st of September).


  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Law, Maritime Studies, International Trade, or a related field.


  • 2-3 years of experience with claims management.


  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures a strong advantage.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is a strong advantage).
