We are currently looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to cover a maternity leave vacancy at our OM Pharma headquarter in Geneva (Meyrin). In this position you report to the Head Legal & Compliance and provide legal assistance mainly to the Medical Affairs and Marketing departments. Your mission is to protect and defend the company's interests while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide legal support and advice internally for all contractual matters and operational activities, relating in particular to medical affairs, marketing, regulatory, safety, clinical, R&D, and commercial activities
• Review promotional or educational materials
• Give compliance advice and training, in particular on applicable healthcare laws, regulations and policies
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Support the Head Legal & Compliance and the rest of the Legal & Compliance team in their daily tasks when needed
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with the business operations and develop strategies to mitigate those risks

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Master's degree in Law
• At least 5 years of experience within the legal teams of pharmaceutical companies, with a strong focus in medical affairs and marketing
• Fluent in English and French (German an asset)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Admission to the Bar in a European country and/or LL.M. degree preferred
• Previous experience in reviewing promotional and educational materials favored
