Your Responsibilities
  • Assist and advise on internal and external projects involving a broad and international spectrum of legal issues relevant to the publicly listed company (SIX: ZEHN), such as M&A, ESG, policy issues, corporate or stock exchange law.
  • Communicate (English and German) with management, corporate functions, and external partners as needed to ensure legal advice and develop effective legal defense strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts with customers, suppliers, and other business partners in an international environment.
  • Advise management on the implications of business initiatives and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
  • Manage external lawyers when necessary.
  • Ensure proper handling of legal cases and reporting within the Zehnder Group.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the legal function within the group.
  • Represent the Group General Counsel when needed.
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree in law and a Swiss or EU lawyer's patent.
  • Three or more years of relevant professional experience after obtaining the lawyer's patent.
  • Broad experience in business law, with specialized knowledge in areas such as IT law, regulatory, ESG, or labor law.
  • Solution-oriented personality capable of prioritizing and developing practical and legally robust solutions under time pressure.
  • Quick comprehension and interest in new topics.
  • Effective and target-group appropriate communication in English and German (written and spoken), with good negotiation skills.
