About the Role

This role sits within Club Competitions Operations & Events / Brand Operations and is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of VBR & LED, signage and artwork services for UEFA Club and National Team Competitions. The post-holder manages supplier workflows, technical operations and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all productions meet the highest operational and technical standards through effective on-site and remote support. The role involves close contact with suppliers, rights holders, engineering and production management teams, and requires attendance at matches and remote production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of all VBR & LED operational requirements for Club Competitions and National Team Competitions.
• Manage and support all LED and VBR centralised artwork deliverables for all UEFA stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate all operational deliverables for and to UEFA's VBR & LED suppliers.
• Produce daily and match reports summarising operational performance, and track supplier KPIs and delivery quality.
• Conduct post-event reviews to refine future workflows and gather feedback from stakeholders to optimise efficiency.
• Manage budgets and purchase order (PO) processes, and support the contracting and onboarding of suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineering and production management teams, and assist with training and knowledge sharing across stakeholders.
• Attend matches on-site or at remote production facilities to support operations, and supervise technical set-up and production workflows at venues.
• Verify the integration between venue, broadcast compounds and central facilities.
• Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and rights holders during matchdays.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• From 1 to 3 years of experience in event delivery, project coordination, sports events or a similar operational environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, suppliers and live event activities.
• Ability to speak additional languages is an asset but not a necessity.
• Experience in artwork management and deliverables.
• Experience in delivering LED services.
• Real-world experience is valued over academic accomplishment.

Workplace

• Hybrid working arrangement with the option to work from home up to one day per week.
• Fixed-term contract running from January 2027 to 31 August 2031.
