Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an Operations & Events professional to plan and oversee end-to-end VBR & LED, signage and artwork services for UEFA Club and National Team Competitions. The role requires on-site and remote support, supplier coordination, and close work with engineering and production teams.

You will attend matches, manage budgets, and ensure high operational standards while coordinating with rights holders and vendors.

Qualifications

• From 1 to 3 years of experience in event delivery, project coordination, sports events or a similar operational environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end delivery of VBR & LED, signage and artwork services for UEFA Club and National Team Competitions.
• Manage supplier workflows, on-site and remote operations.
• Produce daily and match reports; track KPIs and delivery quality.
• Attend matches on-site or at remote production facilities to support operations.
• Verify the integration between venue, broadcast facilities and central operations.
• Act as main operational contact for suppliers and rights holders on matchdays.
