TalentCloud Group is seeking a Lead Windows Infrastructure Engineer in Zurich for a hybrid role. You will split time between hands-on engineering and team leadership, guiding seven engineers and shaping the Microsoft stack across AD, Azure, M365, Intune and IAM tooling.

You will oversee security, availability and architectural direction, while remaining closely involved in major projects and stakeholder collaboration to support a 24/7 operating environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a Windows/Microsoft infrastructure team.
• Hands-on technical expertise with Windows Server, AD, Azure, M365 and IAM tooling.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a 7-person infrastructure team.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in 50% of tasks.
• Drive evolution of Windows, IAM and Modern Workplace platforms.
• Ensure secure, compliant 24/7 operations.
