TalentCloud Group is seeking a Lead Java Software Engineer in Bern with hybrid work options. You will lead a small team while staying actively involved in hands-on Java development, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and modern full-stack technologies.

You will influence architecture, security, and development standards as part of a digital transformation programme. The role combines leadership with technical excellence, enabling you to guide product configuration, CRM, and other core applications

Qualifikationen

• Strong Java development experience.
• Excellent Spring Boot knowledge.
• Experience building modern web applications.
• Fluent German (C1+) and good English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers (4–5 people).
• Remain hands-on (60–70%) developing modern Java applications.
• Design and build new functionality using Java, Spring Boot, and modern full-stack tech.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Influence software architecture, integration strategy, security and development standards.
• Modernise legacy applications and prepare for platform transformation.
