ABB Motion Switzerland seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design traction power electronics converters and energy storage systems for rail vehicles. You will lead specification, testing, and integration, ensuring alignment with customer needs, standards and internal specs.

Reporting to the Power Electronics Engineering Manager, you will own work packages, guide peers, drive efficient project execution, and contribute to product standardization while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical Engineer with 5+ years in power electronics for customer projects.
• Experience with traction converters and energy storage systems is a plus.
• Fluent English required; German a strong advantage.
